Online Scholarship Portal Now LIVE!
The Community Foundation of South Georgia is excited to announce that all of our scholarship applications are now available through our Online Scholarship Portal! The new site is now LIVE so may begin submitting applications. Step-by-step instructions for student applicants can be found on the Apply for Scholarships page of our website.
After clicking on the link to the Online Scholarship Portal, students should start by registering as a new user and creating a profile. New Users should click on the “Create New Account” button in order to complete the registration process and create their logon credentials. This will enable students to save their work and come back and work on applications over time.
Once they have completed the registration process, they should click the “Start Eligibility Quiz” button to begin taking the Eligibility Quiz. Students should read and answer these questions carefully as their answers will determine which scholarships they are eligible to apply for. Once a student has taken the Eligibility Quiz, they cannot retake it, so we encourage them to review the scholarships listed on Our Scholarships page prior to taking the quiz so that they understand the criteria for each scholarship they plan to apply for.
After submitting their Eligibility Quiz answers, students should click “Continue” to return to the Apply page. The Apply page will then list the scholarship opportunities that they are eligible to apply for. Students can then begin submitting applications for each scholarship listed by clicking the “Apply” button next to each opportunity.
