Public Education Funds Now Accepting Applications

Attention Thomasville City, Thomas County and Brooks County Educators!

It’s that time of year again – The Community Foundation of South Georgia is now accepting applications for another annual round of teacher mini-grants through the Robert Warde Chambers Scholarship and Public Education Fund for Brooks County Schools and the Community Public Education Fund for Thomasville City and Thomas County Schools.  These nonprofit initiatives aim to promote academic excellence in these three public school systems through grants of up to $500 that can be used toward projects not funded by school budgets.  The deadline to apply is Friday, November 13, 2020 by 12pm.  More information can be found by clicking the button below.  We can’t wait to hear from you!

The Community Foundation of South Georgia currently manages over 40 active Scholarship Funds created by generous donors whose wish is to help students in South Georgia achieve a brighter future.
