Public Education Funds Award Mini-Grants to Local Teachers

The Community Foundation has awarded another round of mini-grants to teachers in three South Georgia Public School Systems this December.  Teachers in Thomasville City, Thomas County and Brooks County School Systems were awarded grants of up to $500 for Spring 2022 classroom projects not covered by their school budgets. 

A total of $10,500 was awarded in December 2021 to 22 educators across these three school systems.  Take a look at the list of this year’s recipients below!
