2021 Recipients of Hosea Hall & Lilly Eason Vann Fund for Thomas County Announced!

In 2019, relatives of Hosea and Lilly Vann created the Hosea Hall and Lilly Eason Vann Fund for Thomas County that would allow nonprofit organizations in Thomas County to apply for funding. 

Through this fund, the Community Foundation considers applications each year for ongoing projects and programs designed to improve the quality of life in Thomas County as well as capacity building opportunities to support the future sustainability of our nonprofits.

This year, a total of $10,000 was awarded to Thomas County nonprofits through this program.  Congratulations to the following organizations:

An Open Door Adoption Agency – $2,000

Halcyon Home – $1,000

Hands & Hearts for Horses – $1,000

Jack Hadley’s Black History Museum – $2,000

Never Lost – $2,000

Salvation Army – $2,000
